when i convert a dvdrip-divx to vcd the picture juddereds ever so slighty (but noticably) throughout the whole film. Apart from the slight judder, it's perfect. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there another setting that i need to use?
Thanks people.
P.s. It only seems to do it with dvdrip-divx files (.avi). If i convert and .mpg and put it on vcd then there is no juddering.
I'm using TMPGEnc Plus to encode.
Thanks again.

I'm having similar problems with TMPGenc.
When I convert widescreen divx movies the video pauses for a few seconds and then jumps to catch up with the audio (which is fine).
At the moment I'm deliberately encoding incorrectly with TMPGenc and then using nero to reencode the file to remove the video pause !! Its a pain but the only thing I've found that works.
