When i split a mpeg2 file in have for making SVCD, Tmpgenc always encodes 15 seconds more video than audio on both files

When producing the streams it says they are the same eg :-

    2843.4 video
    2843.4 Audio

but when you play the finished film the video always carries on for aprox 15 seconds longer than the video

the audio is stoping where it should where i have cut it to

is there a better tool for the job i cant understand it
Its not a major problem because the second disk always starts where the audio stopped on the first disk so you dont miss any of the film but its just really annoying me

  2. there is probably a way to get around this...
    but..
I have to admit that I've had much better success (and saved a lot of time) by using TMPGE's ..Source Range and Batch Encode functions.
The encoding and splitting is done during the encode process and it always comes out perfect for me.
