DVD Factory Menu problems

Is anyone else having trouble inserting music into their menu's when using Ulead DVD Factory. I've tried using an MP3 for the background music and it is jerky. So i've converted it to wav and it's still at it.

Also i've noticed that on the VCD i wrote, one of the chapters is terribly out of lip sync. It catches up with itself after about 10-15 seconds, but i was wondering if anyone else had been having the same problem.

I found it was jerky (Mmmm Jerky) when I used the preview, but once it was burned to disk, it wqas fine. That's with DVDs, though.

Preview on the Pc is fine, my main problem is with the background music. On my Samsung 709 it just acts up. I've tried it on another player and it seems to play ok. But that really doesn't help matters, as i want it to work on my DVD player. Does anyone have a sure way of getting the background music to run. Or at least can someone suggest a different program then DVD factory, that can make me a menu system.
