  1. Hey there!
    Ok i am messing around with meastro today.
    When i put my video file into maestro it parses just fine.
    When i try my ac3 that i got using dvd2avi

    i get an error that says

    "cannot locate a frame sync word, at an expected byte offset. data may be corrupted (Oxc1070042)

    any suggestions?

  2. If you are starting with VOB files, you might try pulling the audio stream out with VOBEdit.

    actually i am thinking there must be a scratch on the dvd or something.

    i have tried a few methods with no luck.
    also i tried to just rip it and then split it with dvdsplit but there ends up being an error with dvdsplit.

    Are you by chance working with Monsters, Inc? I had the same problem with the Full Screen version of Monsters, Inc, and finally settled for the Wide Screen version (no problems there).
