    Hi,

    I need a program that will automatically take screen shots of hundreds of mpeg movie files and save them as jpegs.

    does something like that exist?

    Tmpgenc will create a jpeg frame by frame. I'm not sure if that is what you are trying to do.

    no I want 1 screen shot for each mpeg...
    for example I specify where i have mpegs on my computer and it makes 1 screen shot for each one sort of the same thing windows does when you browse a folder with movie files....it shows you a pic of the movie so I want a program that does all those pics automatically in jpgs.
