    I recently tried to rip all the "Easter Egg" tracks from 'And All That Could Have Been' disk 2, which are all located on Title 5. However, there is no Title 4 and 'Smart Ripper' only shows Title 1 & 2.
    I didnt have any luck doing a Google Search on the topic, so could you please help
