    Everytime i try to burn a vcd as an exact copy it fails???

    What version of Nero are you using. With my older version of Nero I used to able to but since i upgraded NO WAY. You would be better of extracting the video files and making the vcd yourself.

    I have the latest version of nero and can copy no problem, try some oyher software such as clonecd

    Extracting the video data off a disc and remaking a VCD should be your LAST resort.

    Try a better CD copying program (as craigtucker suggested -- CloneCD).
