I have ripped and stripped the movie Behind Enemy Lines, and to be able to play it on my standalone player I had to create new IFO's. After I did that the subtitles turn green, and is very difficult to read.
I have tried the movie with Power DVD before and after creating new IFO's, and it is after I created the new IFO's the problem starts.
If I not create new IFO's I get the message: "DVD-Video files reallocation failed". I also tried to burn it with the error message, but I was not able to run the DVD in my standalone player.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to fix this.

Are you using Ifoedit?
You should copy the subtitlt colour from the ORIGINAL IFO and then paste into your new IFO -
Yeah, green seems to be the default colour when you have no colour selected. Try this doom9 guide, toward the end is the bit MrBlond was referring to.
