need some help... i have captured some footage that i wish to publish to a web page for others to view - only when ever i capture and convert to mpg my files are waaay to big for a normal web page...
has any body got any advice on how i reduce the size of say a 15 second clip to a managable file size for say 56kers (around 1 - 1.5 M is ok?)
or do i just convert to mpg and thats it????
question really is - is there a lower quality of mpg with smaller file sizes?
i use tmpmpg to convert to mpg from DV avi using the guide from this site. any help is great![]()

Most web videos are 160x120 or so in order to keep the file size down.
