  1. Dear Good friends ,

    I am NEW in capturing , and I have a very good AVI movie of my
    kidds.
    I would like to "save" a picture taken from this movie .
    How do I do so , with what software to use .

    VirtualDub (freeware, see "Tools" from left panel here) allows you mark some frames and save them as a series of BMP pics.

    you can also use paint shop pro or power dvd,either one will get the job done 8)
