lines,in video that is

again im i trouble,not with wife though at least. i want to make a ntsc vcd from divx in tmpge. the divx says video is 640 by 272 with 24 fps. so i choose ntsc film and set it all up and used the 3:2 pull down option. now when its on my flick has lines all through it every few frames,then clears up, and so on, but when 3:2 pulldown is off its wrong aspect ratio.can someone tell me if im doing something wrong and if i am tell me wut to do pleeeeeeeezzzzzzz
