Hey.
OK, im trying to make an edited video using my dv camcorder. I have a wintv capture card, but the capture quality isn't that great (using s-video)and it can only capture at 320x240 max. So I was thinking of getting a firewire card.
Now i've seen cards ranging from like £20-£200 and I have no idea which one to get.
So I was after some advice, I don't have a massivly high budget but if I was to splash out with an expensive one would it be that much better than a cheaper one?
Also what software would I use to capture it?
(By the way I have no idea what so ever about capturing via firewire so if this post sounds dumb sorry.)
Thanks for your help.
