install the quicktime plugin
www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc
and PLEASE use the search function in the future. -
On a related note:
Has anyone had any luck converting the NEW BMW films?
They are in quicktime, but when I convert with TMPGenc (w/ plugin), all I see on the MPEG is some sort of quicktime menu, and not the film?
Perhaps the BMW films use the 'newer' version of Quicktime, and it has some sort of copy protection?
