  1. I've just 'backed up' my first DVD to MPEG2. Now I use Nero Burning Rom to burn the MPEG2 files onto SVCD. But when I want to watch the SVCD in my standalone DVD-Player, the sound/music and the pictures aren't synchron, though, when I watch it on my PC, before I burn it, the MPEG2 file actually IS sync. So what can I do? Is there any tool that I can use to make that sync or could it even be because of my DVD-player? It's a Philips DVD 634 (SVCD + VCD compatible). Please help me.

  2. I had the same problem but with VCD, i used FX mpeg writer to convert my avis to mpegs, but the sound was all off once i burned the vcd and played it on my standalone dvd player. i was wondering if you had figured out what was wrong with it.
