Audio not in sync with Picture

Hi,
hope someone can help.
When I convert an AVI file and burn to DVD disc I get a lagging of the sound, sometimes its just a slight lagging others its so bad you can't watch it. When watching an avi file on my Pc its ok, but as soon as I convert it and play it on my dvd player i get the same problem
Does anybody have any solutions to my problems.
I use DVD Flick with imgburn. and i have the latest K-Lite codec pack,
any help would be very much appreciated.

If the source AVI's are ok, then why not try another converting app..Give AVStoDVD a spin..
