I've searched through the forums and cannot find a good answer. I've ripped DVDs with SmartRipper, demux to files, so I have the m2v and a ac3 file. I used AC3 delay to fix the delay problem, then used BeSweet to convert it to an mp2. Use TMPGEnc to encode, and sync is good for a while, then gets drastically out of sync as the movie progesses. I have yet to successfully backup a DVD yet, always having problems. Suggestions anyone?

Just though of something... think the eventual desync of the audio is because the source DVD is 23.whatever frames/sec and the output is 29.97? should i select film movie and have TMPGenc inverse telecine?
