hi - i would like to put my holiday from florida onto dvd-r from VHS. I dont currently have a capture card or any experience at doing this, i was hoping that some people with experience would recommend me a card. I need a card that can..

-capture at high resolution (740x480) for dvd? or even 640x480.
-disable macrovision when transfering
-works with windows XP
-plug into my VCR
-under £50

Also recommend software. I have seen alot of post with adobe premier 6, is this the best for capture?
