    When ripping a dvd to svcd what sound level to u up the sound to.??

    i.e in tmpgenc under audio edit i click on normalize and set it to 50%,is this ok or should i set it lower.As one encoding i set to about 90% and the sound was to loud,.

    Why not just tinker with it. You can just encode a small portion of the video, rather tweak it and do the entire video over and over again.
