My card has a video In, but came with no capture software. I'm trying to transfer some video from my VHS to the PC and take screen shots of the video. Which software would I need for this?

vdub 1.4.6 for the capture.
for screen shots i find mpeg2vcr to be the best program
sometimes it does flip the picture, but hey all graphics program have the flip function avail -
Why not use Virtual Dub for the screen shots too? Once you've captured go to the frame(s) you want to capture and under video choose copy to clipboard, then past to whatever program you use for pics.
