Most video files available on the net show title, author, and notes tags -- similar to that found in most MP3s. And, the title can be different from the actual filename. While my Dazzle DVC makes flawless captures of VCD-compliant MPGs, it has 2 problems. First, importing the finished file into the editor allows for only entry of title information and notes -- with no tagging ability for author info. Secondly, even the attempt to save that info to the file results in a new file where the video/audio are out of sync.
Is there a simple utility out there that just adds these title/author/notes tags to MPGs (and AVIs)?
