I have a 15sec AVI video, 720x 480 uncompressed (655MB large) with audio and video. When I use TMPGEnc to encode it as an MPEG2 (DVD standard) file, it stretches the resolution to 720x540 (or some odd Height other than the intended 480). Even if I made sure the aspect ratio is kept, or full screen, the resolution does not stay at 720x480. The resulting MPEG2 file is 720x540.
What's going on?

You loaded the correct DVD template? That locks the options so it should be ok...
