  1. Sorry if I ramble but here's my problem. We are using a video conferencing solution by Polycom and I am able to capture the video from an ATI TV Wonder card but it only allows me to save as .mp2. A one minute clip with video and audio was 47.8 MB. What can I do to save in a different format? We want to be able to record conferences, presentation, demonstrations and make the available on our intranet for viewing on demand. I'm new to the world of video capture so take it easy on me. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

    You can convert your MPEG-2 video to MPEG-1 and lower the resolution. MPEG-1, along with .wmv and .asf are more universal for most computers to run. As for which compression you think will suit your company, look here:
