    I am trying to optimize our video conferencing by using better data compression. We just bought 2 Logitech 9000 webcams which are really nice but the problem is we have very limited bandwidth. We have 1Mb up and down but it is not dedicated to Video Conferencing. Is there any software to compress the webcam stream in real time? We will most likely have decent hardware for the machines connected to the cams, Core 2 Duos and 2GB RAM.
