I have a few MPEG videos on my computer, and i just cant seem to figure out how to turn them in to VCD so that i can watch them on my dvd player that is connected to my tv.
if you might now what i need to have or to do to do this, i have a burner and all that. just need to know how the transfer works.

You could use Tmpeg's Mpeg Tools option to remux the to VCD standard or VCD non-standard since you probab;y don't know the bitrate.
once TMpeg makes them VCD compliant,burn them.
