  1. I am having a problem remuxing with ifoedit, I follow the doom guide make the .d2v project and the tmpgenc template, open the files in tmpg and encode all without any problems, however, when I go to remux the .m2v file with the .vob file ifoedit does nothing I have done this method several time using a .m2v file from Rempeg and it works beautifully everytime, why can't i make it work with Tmpgenc.

    Please Help

Are you specifically using the latest version of TMPGenc that can output ttue video only streams or are you just naming the output .m2v? If the latter then you need to de-multiplex the .mpg ( or whatever you named it ) generated from TMPGenc to get the .m2v stream that ifoedit is probably looking for.

  3. Personally, I could never get IFOEDIT to remux (properly) anything created by TMPGEnc. I followed the guides and it seemed to work, but the final results were always jerky and unwatchable. Good luck with it!

  4. Thanks for the fast replies, I am using an older version of Tmpgenc however I don't need to place the .m2v at the end of my file, Which brings me to anther question, I have downloaded the lastest version of Tmpgenc and It doesn't recognize .d2v I look in the drop down menu for supported files and .d2v isn't there. What's the deal??

    Thanks

Use Tmpeg to create a DVD compliant mpeg stream with mpeg audio. I find that this allows you to import it into an authoring program stable and with the audio in synch.

  7. well another remuxing problem...
    presby,
ive got another thread running that i started couple days ago..
and as far as i know it would be hard for u to get tmpgenc or cce encoded video(*.m2v) to remux using ifoedit(whichever version u use) ...

u said rempeg is working same here and i guess we gonna have to live with for now until someone could get tmpgenc/cce to work properly...

I have no problem with TMPEG when remux. But I always end up with audio out of sync. Why's that?

    Use all different version IfoEdit.
Use all different version of TMPEG.
Running Windows XP with or without SP1
