  1. PowerDVD - Freezes randomly
    CineMaster - Freezes on loading
    Video Lan - Crashes on load

    Please help me... I am out of options here and I have tried many different DVDs as well...

  3. Are just your software DVD proggies crashing or is your PC generally unstable?

    It may be time for you to format and reinstall Windows...

  4. If you don't have a least a 500 speed CPU and 128 megs of ram you can forget about using a software DVD player, I had a AMD 500 K6-2 with 256 megs of ram and WINDVD player was the only one I got to play without skipping and freeze ups.
    Wanna be really happy buy a $50 DVD encoder card by either hollywood or utobia, make no mistake you will really be happy with one these.
