  1. I've been reading that you can burn 800mb to a 80min cd-r. I'm using vcdeasy, put in my mpeg files, at the bottom the approx disk size is just under 800mb. I get get an error just before it burns the cd. I can see in the log that there are too many sectors for the cd. I've checked all the settings under tools, they match according to all the tutorals. It seems that I can only burn about 720mb.

  2. does it say anything about autopadding?--if so, set your tmpg template(output) to mpeg1-video(non-standard)...
    auto padding will increase file size by roughly a 100mb per disc.
