  1. Hi,
I have ripped a DVD and now got a *.vob file and I want to cut it with Adobe Premiere. Because I can't open this file in Premiere I want to convert it into *.mov or *.avi. But I want to use the motion jpegA codec for compression and not divx or something else, cause I don't want to have a loss in quality.
Does anyone know how to save a *.vob file with the motion jpeg codec???
Is there a free software I can use to solve my problem???

    Search Comp PM
Load the .vob into TMPGEnc. Select File-->Output to File-->AVI file. Select your codec, rename the file then Save.
    Hello.
