Settings on Tmpgenc

I'd like to know what settings that you think are the best for tmpgenc making a vcd fit for 2 cd's. I've made some nice looking vcd's already, but they still could be improved. Lately, I've been using a Constant bitrate of whatever the bitrate calculator told me, with an audio of 128 k/s, and motion search at high quality. Is there anything else I could do to make the movie look better? thanks
