  1. Please help!

I have PowerVCR II 3.0 (with latest patch), and whenever I capture video and audio from CATV, it seems to capture the second audio program (SAP ) to the right audio channel and "real" audio to the left channel.

I can't figure out how to turn off SAP, and Cyberlink has been less than helpful.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

what are you recording from? if you are using a vcr then you can turn it off by going to the vcr's menu.

  3. I'm recording from cable, not from VCR. Watching it on my regular TV (same cable source), there is no SAP audio - I could turn it on on the TV, but unless I turn it on, the audio is normal.

PowerVCRII, on the other hand, has the SAP turned on and I can't figure out how to turn it off.
