    When I try to rip CHanging Lanes with smartripper it says some files are locked and then it asks to Abort Retry ot Ignore when it can't read the file or somethin... is there anyway to unlock the files?

    Just use your DVD player llike windvd or powerdvd and play a bit of the DVD it should unlock the files. Close the player after the files are all unlocked by smartripper.
    There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.

    when playing w/ winDVD or powerDVD like gll99 said, try skipping to the last couple of chapters and play those for a couple of secs too
