So,
If you are looking for player that will play most of things from europe to america...then watch out: You wont believe it: but I tried it:
It plays:
1./NTSC, PAL discs on CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW
2./VCD, SVCD, MP3, discs on CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW
3./DVD-R/RW discs
4./DVD-VCD, DVD-SVCD, DVD-MP3, DVD-Jpeg, DVD-Mpeg 1+2 discs on DVD-R/RW and if you do not want to wait...burn your Mpeg 1+2 format with nero in DVD-UDF/ISO format...it will read it too...without reencoding many ours...
5./you can easy hack macrovision and make it region FREE.....

What else you want....tell me????????

PS: there is not a difference between dvp-2161-65..only colours of art on top.....
