    When I try to encode a Divx to DVD I get the following error message:
    MPEG-2 trial period has expired

    What can be done to correct this problem?


    2.
    Can anybody reccommened setting for this conversion?

    To answer your first question...I hate to state the obvious, but pay to upgrade tmpgenc to PLUS and enjoy mpeg2 for awhile. As far as settings look at the newbie section, there are plenty of examples to use, depending on what quality you are expecting.
