I am wondering.... how can I create MPEG2 file that can be used to burn SVCD from Adobe Premiere 6.0 Tryout ? Should I just create AVI file and then use some tool to convert or there is some way how to do it directly in Premiere ?
Thanks.

Ligos (LSX) plugin for PREMIERE.
The quality is not that good, but you do MPEG-2 right there.
If not generate an AVI and then feed TMPGENC with it. -
Look in tools section on this sight and get the VideoServerPlugin for premier which will allow you to use any external encoder you want.
