    Hi ! I downloaded some clips from the web (NTSC, 29.97fps) and I'd like to mix them with some other videos onto one VCD. I tried to set the frame rate (in tmpgen) to 25 but the output video sometimes freezes a little bit... but the source doesn't, i checked !

    Any idea ???

  2. hmm ya

    i suggest you use VDUB to change the frame rate
    get VirtualDub started
    open your MPEG file
    VIDEO: FULL PROCESSING MODE
    VIDEO: FRAME RATE -> CHANGE TO 25 FPS
    AUDIO: DIRECT STREAM COPY
    FILE -> SAVE

    * not all versions of VDUB do that...

    You're right but what about the a/v sync ???
    What version of Vdub are you using ?

  4. Use GoldWave, CoolEdit or BeSweet to down/upsample your audio to match the length of your video. The guide is here.
