Panic Room Divx

Can anyone help with this

I've decoded several Div X movies to Mpeg succesfully but Panic Room is causing me sync problems . I've viewved the Div X which has no sync problems and plays on my computer fine

When I try to decode it though the sound is out of sync about 5 minutes into the film . I've tried using both Virtual Dub and aviwav . Anyone any ideas ?

PS I've loaded into the Nimo Codec pack and this has resulted in my Power DVD crashing when I try to play the original Panic Room DivX
