How can i use the time access function in VCD, playing it in a Sony NS400? I've already tried with PBC and without PBC and i can't access the time i want in VCD

yeh m8 get a cheaper dvd player logix or cyberhome dont mess with these expensive "brand names"

I think (if I translated correctly) whay he's trying to say is that Sony's are absolutely no good for VCD's. At least, the home-brewed variety. They are probably too picky.
As for the time-search function, this all depends on the player. On mine, for example, the Apex 500W, the time skip function ( GOTO 00:00:00 ) will, most of the time, skip to a projected place on the disc (where it expects that time to be). Of course, since most of mine are VBR and longer than 74 or 80 minutes, I can type in 60:00 and it ends up at 1:10:00 or later! Yet if you play all the way through, it will read the correct duration for "elapsed" time...
Weird, and sometimes a pain, but I'm not sure if there's much of any way around it...
