  1. I'm not sure what forum this would belong in so I posted it here. I'm just starting to burn DVDs of my home movies and I'm wondering if labeling them is a good idea or a bad idea. Some are actual films friends and I spent a long time making so I think it would be cool to have a nice, professional looking disc face (I already have the case inserts). But I've heard that putting labels on a disc isn't a good idea. I want these copies to last forever so what would you recommend? Thanks!

Make 2 copies of these treasures.

    Make two lables.

    Get 2 cases.

In one case, the one your going to share with your buddies, by all means put the cool lable on it!.

In the other one, keep in a drawer with unapplied lable. Keep as a master.

Hey you can always copy the copy right?
