    I can't delete my CD-RWs -- it gives me an error. Can anybody recommend me a program?

    You can delete CDRW only if you format for writing package like InCD or Direct CD. This will make CDRW work as floopy disk which you can copy/save/delete/move/edit or do all kind of thing that you can do with floopy disc.
