  1. I'd like to take a 352x240 jpg, and convert it to a 6 second logn mpg to be used as a movie title. How do I go about doing this?

If you have a six second audio file (silence works as well as sound), use it as audio source in TMPGEnc. Then load your JPG image as Video source. Select Start. The resultant file will be your audio file plus your jpg as video.
    Hello.
