I am capturing video from the tv input of my video card (Leadtek winfast A250 LE) and I am facing a problem with the audio
I am using both powervcr II or winfast pvr provided with the video card
once the movie has been captured, I have to split it in order to author the DVD using Sonic Scenarist
There is no problem importing the video file in scenarist but when it comes to importing the audio file, scenarist rejects it because it is sampled at 44.1khz and scenarist expects a file sampled at 48khz.
Is there a way in powervcrII to fix the sampling rate at 48khz ?
or is there a tool to resample the 44.1khz file to 48khz ?
I guess if it is resampled, there might be some problem with the synchro
any solution are welcome

Most audio editing software will resample to 48Khz without any problems. If you dont have a suitable package I would reccomend GoldWave.
