Help Splitting MpegPowertool 0.1.9

I have a final .MPG synced output from ffMpeg 0.0.4d that I need to split into 2 .MPG files. I am using MpegPowertools to do it. After I get my 2 chuncks I use VcdToolsX to make the .XML file and hopefully the IMG files.

My problem is that chunk 1 works great. But when I use VCDToolsX to try and make the IMG files for chunk 2 it doesn't work. I get a real short burst on the barbar shop twister and then it is over. I get a .TOC file and nothing else.

What is different about the second chunk that this is happening ?

are you selecting save headers when you split the files? give me the exact process your doing and maybe i can help... but currently i dont have enough info to go on.
