i would like to transfer all of my video download, which format of it are .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .asf to a video tape, by pressing record on my VCR. is that possible to transfer computer movie to tape?

Yes you can, BUT!!!!!...... to do this, you must have a special vidoe card that has VIDEO-OUT. If you have that, then you just connect the three wieres (red, white, yellow) to your tv. FOR THE SOUND, just connect the wire that is for sound (i think it is the yellow one)
