*.mswmm to *.mpeg ???

The Windows XP Movie Maker saves the captured file as *.mswmm

Can anyone tell me how to convert this to *.mpeg ??

That is the entire project. Now just tell Movie Maker to make you a movie with this project. Select File --->Open Project.

Select your mswmm file. When the program loads the project select storyboard mode. Drag and drop the entire folder onto the storyboard.

Select Save Movie, choose a title. When Movie Maker saves your file, TMPGEnc can load this file and you are off.
