    Hey guys i just recently bought the Sony NS-415 DV player and i was checkin out the stats on this site and it said it can play MP3 VBR i was just wondering if u guys know what that means cuz i have no clue...i think it could mean i can burn mp3's as data and play it but i am not sure..thanks

    I don't own a Sony player but you are correct:burn mp3's as data,ISO9660
    mode1,DAO(or SAO depending on your writer).

    mp3 can be made with a constant bitrate or a variable bitrate. it means it can play either one.
