    Is there any program which tells that if the aspect ratio is 4:3 or 4:3 with black bars or 16:9 etc. I am using DVD2SVCD program with CCE 2.5. Thanks

    When you open the IFO file with DVD2SVCD it shows the aspect ratio on the conversion page.
