I need help. I have an 8 minute video that I'd like to put on a CD-R so it could playback on computers and DVD players. It's part of an office meeting and my boss wants me to figure this out. I have a SONY VAIO PCG-F650 notebook with firewire and a YAMAHA External Firewire CD burner. The playback has to be good quality and I keep hearing about SVCD as being one way to go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to get this done asap. What compression software do I need and can anyone tell me how to do this without getting too technical?
My boss wants me to make 100 copies of this. I think I may need to go to a duplicator service with my disc. Any comments? (also, I don't have any budget except maybe for software.)
Thanks in advance,
Ed
