    I've recently discovered the world of SVCD's!

    When I play them back on my Cyberhome 528 though, the playback is ever so slightly jerky. It's almost like every third frame or so is missing.

    Is this a 'known' thing and is there anything I can do about it?

    I had the same problem with my svcd's

    my problem is that it needed the 3:2 pulldown on playback feature.

    it was 23.97/fps type film so in tmpgenc i selected the svcd(ntscfilm) template. this template will use the 3:2 pulldown.

    try that and see what happens.

    These aren't SVCD's I'm creating myself - but thanks for the suggestion.
