  1. Hi,

This question might have been asked over a million times, but i still would like to know it anyway.
I would like to play SVCD's onto my Sony DAV-S400 standalone player, but this one can only play VCD's.
I know you can foll the player by burning a SVCD with a VCD header.
TMPGEnc has to utility to convert an SVCD header to a VCD header.
Someone told me that you can do that by using the simple mux tool.
I have tried it but without any luck.
Can someone give me the procedure of how to do this?

    Thanks in advance!

  3. Region free: absolutely (reality in New Zealand by law! Why can't the rest of the world catch up)

As for DVD/X/S/VCD, I would be happy to settle for a player that actually fully supports standard VCD and SVCD properly. I personally don't care that much that a player can play video off spec by so much, but I do care when it can't interpret the PBC in a consistent way (e.g., some Apex players!)

You can't really support X-S/VCD so anything within reason/generous is okay.

    Regards.
