I am using Flask to rip directly from a DVD using the SVCD settings
I have found the blocking on fast moving objects is worse than VCD? You can notice it on the computer but even more when I make a SVCD with the file?
Do I need to tweak the settings?
I also notice that the SVCD settings give a video shaped box which is longer than the width but when made into a SVCD it looks fine??
The file I have is 4min 59 sec - 99.4mb long. Is this the correct length for SVCD?
Is there a small program that can check what the file is (Mpeg 1 or Mpeg 2) as im never sure its been done correctly?
Any help would be appreciated
